As of right now, it is on schedule even with the added custom requests. It would be great to be in the new house for the holidays...we hope it all works out for you. We look forward to following you in your journey.HWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05059756895890197789noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8661396567591085337.post-11027666558974672872011-07-29T10:50:24.771-04:002011-07-29T10:50:24.771-04:00We are building an Avalon and the estimated build ...We are building an Avalon and the estimated build time was 85 days...looks like we will be more like 93 days, but our framing took almost 2 weeks...since our framing was completed, they have done 2 more houses...both took about 3-4 days to complete the framing.BDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17831914806525111506noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8661396567591085337.post-26101379359040815432011-07-28T22:07:32.539-04:002011-07-28T22:07:32.539-04:00That time frame would be very reasonable. It depends on which upgrades you have chosen (a finished basement adds almost a week and granite in the kitchen adds time, etc). The house just down the street broke ground more than a week after us and was finished a few days before us, but it's smaller. I think it's a venice.Sharahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16706058489950639859noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8661396567591085337.post-43804909515757492312011-07-28T21:30:24.174-04:002011-07-28T21:30:24.174-04:00I think you must be confusing us with someone else...I think you must be confusing us with someone else with respect to babies. Also we don't know any neighbors yet. But we do have a couple of grown up babies who will hopefully join us for Thanksgiving.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08019498088326619033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8661396567591085337.post-2276805304839570782011-07-28T21:22:01.946-04:002011-07-28T21:22:01.946-04:00Yes, 60-90 days sounds about right. I think that its perfect that your neighbors are having a baby that your child will possibly grow up with. That would be awesome to enjoy thanksgiving in your new home with your family...I'm hoping to ready for a family gathering by Christmas.Chellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09799560975843502122noreply@blogger.com
